In deprivation, there is a lesson to learn.

If you be deprived of beauty,
The world will constantly scorn,
But you learn to survive harsh judgments

If you be deprived of a mother,
Affection will elude you,
But you learn to treasure the little she gave you.

If you be deprived of a father,
Life will be a battlefield,
But you learn to muster struggle.

If you be deprived of more, learn the lesson in less.

So learn to keep it.

If you be deprived of a wife,
Your house will be cold,
But you must learn to lay alone.

If you’re deprived of love,

But you learn to cherish it.
Love is a rare privilege,
And there are not many people that guarantee it to you.

If you be deprived of more, learn the lesson in less.

But you will cherish every second on the way to your grave.
