Easier living, the Spleet way

It’s rather amazing how in other parts of the world, where economies understand the toil of their citizens, the concept of living is structured according to earning power, either as an individual or as a family unit.

Here in Nigeria, our economy takes no cognizance of this simple fact.

The ‘F.A.C.T’ of life in its full essence itemizes Food, Accommodation, Clothing and Transportation as the basic necessities for citizens to thrive without necessarily wanting for luxury.

Here in Nigeria, we are beaten to our knees by a rental system that does not account for our earning pattern- which is monthly- and even outrightly dislodges our concerns by going further to request for annual and sometimes biennial rent.

Living arrangements must be better.

There is an urgency to turn the tides, and seeing as governing bodies and macro institutional players can’t [or won’t], we at SPLEET have taken the bull by the horns to not only provide flexible payments as an alternate solution to the current rigid rental landscape, but also go the extra mile and build a community that will improve the livelihoods of those who make use of our platform as a solution for all living arrangements.

SPLEET, as a product, was birthed to take on this sole challenge. Together with forward-thinking start-ups, who we celebrate for carving the road less taken, SPLEET provides flexible living arrangements for people who toil and labour by day as well as night but will usually be required to make upfront payment for at least a year, including agency fees, caution fees, legal fees, service charge, etc. without factoring costs for furnishings, utilities, and general living.

SPLEET is here to be at the forefront of seeing that rent is flexible, in line with how we earn, how we’ve advanced from ownership to access and convenience. SPLEET is available as a platform to ensure that everyone, regardless of gender, experiences the convenience of living and paying as they please without any form of prejudice, or existing discomfort.

SPLEET is here for easier living.
