Digital Campaign Reports for Vendors: Share your Success

“Morning, just wondering how my marketing campaign is going?”

“Er — let me just pull over and pull up Spoke. … Yep, yep, it’s going great! The current clickthrough rate is 7%, and you’re paying just 13 cents per click.”

“Thanks for the update! I’ll call again tomorrow. Actually, before you go… what’s a ‘clickthrough rate’?”

It makes sense — your vendors want to know what they’re getting for their money. How many people saw their ads? Where do they live? What do the ads look like? All very fair (but time consuming) questions.

Wouldn’t it be great if you could show them a Campaign Report?

Well, with this feature release, we’ve done you one better.

Now, you can share live campaign stats with your vendors — allowing them to check in at any time of the day or night, and see how their campaign is performing at that exact moment in time. Pretty nifty.

Sharing a Campaign Report is simple — just navigate to the right campaign, click the three little buttons on the right hand side and then Share report. A dialogue will appear.

Here, you’ll see there are four parts to a report:

  • Campaign performance
  • Status & package
  • Audience details
  • Ads preview

You can pick’n’mix what to include.

If, for some reason, you don’t want your vendors to see the audience breakdown — untick that box. Simple.

Campaign Performance

Your vendors are probably most interested in this section — it’s definitely the juiciest. Here, they’ll be able to see:

  • impressions
  • link clicks as a total number, and as a percentage
  • cost per click
  • cost per 1,000 impressions
  • likes and comments

Plus, they’ll get a handy diagram tracking the daily engagement across all ads in the campaign. That should stop the daily check-up calls!

Status & Package

This simply tells the vendor whether they’ve purchased a Basic, Standard or Express campaign — and the dates that the ads in the campaign will be visible across social media and the Google Display Network.

Audience details

This section of the report lists the locations being targeted in this campaign, and tracks them on a map.

Vendors will also be able to see any targeting parameters you added during the ad creation process, as well as the networks their ads are currently being displayed across.

And finally, show all the beautiful ads you’ve created.

Then, share away

There’s two ways you can share a Campaign Report:

  • Copy the report link, then paste it into an SMS, Facebook message, Instagram DM… whatever your vendor’s preferred method of contact is.
  • Send report via email. Pop in your vendor’s email address, and Spoke will send a link to the live report. Add a personal message, if you like.

You can even preview the report before sending, to make sure you’re sharing the right information.
