Reforming India with Legislations

Governments and legislations have worked together since the beginning of civilisation. However, most of those legislations were made on the whims of the rulers and interests of the bureacrats. One of the departments of Delhi Government that i went to file a RTI request has been responsible for affirming the power and impact of a well-crafted legislation and its significance in good public policy.
