From the officials mouth we now know that the government has deferred the introduction of Right to Education Act (REA) in the current session of the Parliament. Criticisms coming in from different parts of the country apart, the State itself finds difficult to mobilize the ambitious Rs One lakh crores required for the implementation of free and compulsory primary education for all.
