Top 5 Productivity Hacks You Need To Use Daily

1. Take breaks — allowing ourselves time to rest. The quality of our work decreases dramatically if we force ourselves into meeting a certain level of output each day. It’s essential for us to take breaks regularly throughout the day so we can keep our minds fresh — this also helps to prevent burnout.

2. Teamwork — it makes the dream work. If we want to go fast we can go alone, but if we want to go far we need to go together. This means surrounding ourselves with positive people who support our vision and want to help us win.

3. Perspective — considering the bigger picture. Often times we can lose sight of the vision we have, particularly at challenging points in the journey. This is when we need to take a step back and remember why we started and why we will not accept failure.

4. Timelines — a goal without a date is just a dream. Working toward a deadline gives us a sense of urgency about accomplishing the tasks we’ve set for ourselves within the given timeline. If we don’t put time restrictions on our goals we may never achieve them.

5. Play — rewarding ourselves for working hard. Breaking down large tasks into smaller, manageable pieces and rewarding ourselves for finishing each small piece helps us to work through a large workload instead of drowning in it. Rewards that help us stay on task are walking in nature, fruit & rest.
