1. Action — putting in the work. The only thing that separates us from where we are now & where we want to be is what we choose to do with our time.
2. Mindset — creating longevity. Starting with the end in mind is how we create sustainable success instead of seeking short-term gains to satisfy material desires. Success is a marathon, not a sprint.
3. Consistency — showing up. 80% of success is just showing up — the more we show up, the more likely we are to create opportunities that lead to success.
4. Downtime — avoiding burnout. Making time to do absolutely nothing is essential as it gives us the opportunity to let the mind rest. Letting go of everything that has already come & gone is one of the best ways to free up space in our minds for productive use such as creative ideas.
5. Perspective — living in the now. Focusing our attention on what’s happening today rather than entertaining ideas of a future that doesn’t exist. Meaningful experiences, powerful ideas & bold decisions are created in the present moment — nowhere else.
