6 Simple Ways To Take Care Of Yourself Today

1. Authenticity — giving fewer fucks. Doing what we want, when we want & with who we want unapologetically — regardless of who has an opinion about it.

2. Community — creating a positive vibe tribe. Surrounding ourselves with the people who nurture & support our growth and distancing ourselves from those who don’t.

3. Intuition — trusting the universe. Moving in alignment with what feels right gives us freedom from the anxiety that comes trying to adhere to ideas of what we think we “should” be doing.

4. Pronoia — see the world differently. Adopting the ideology that every experience we have is happening for our growth & no other reason is the cure to negative thoughts associated with past events.

5. Exercise — moving into the body. Sweating releases toxins from the lymphatic system & endorphins — the feel-good chemicals. Exercise also allows emotions to move through us which prevents them from manifesting as poor mental & physical health.

6. Meditation — observing our thoughts. Making time to be present with ourselves gives us an opportunity for us to create inner peace by detaching from thought and being truly present.
