6 Things That Made Me Stop Fearing Death

1. Acceptance. It’s going to happen to everyone and the only thing we can do is make peace with the fact that this human experience is temporary. Instead of fearing the end of this life, we must use the time we have to create a meaningful experience instead of just an existence.

2. Presence. Understanding that we’ll never know when it’s going to happen gives us the freedom to live our lives in the present instead of being fearful of what the future may bring.

3. Truth. No one ever really dies because we are energy — energy cannot be created or destroyed, it is only transformed. Death is not the finality of life, it is the end of one experience and the beginning of another.

4. Authenticity. Living in alignment with our truth because we know our time on the planet is limited and we cannot afford to waste it settling for less than we’re truly worth.

5. Perspective. Operating from the “if it won’t matter in 5 years, don’t spend 5 minutes thinking about it” mindset and avoiding arguments and altercations.

6. Love. Fearing the end of life causes us to miss out on life itself — love is the cure to this fear. Every day we are presented with choices, if we choose the path of love we are starving fear of our energy — this is how we achieve inner peace.

No one ever really dies.

Peace & positive vibes.
