6 Natural Remedies For Heartbreak You Can Use Today

1. Perspective — this too shall pass. Indeed, the pain of heartbreak is intense, but we must remember that nothing lasts forever — this too shall pass. Pronoia tells us that if it’s not meant for us, then it’s not a loss — it’s a lesson.

2. Laughter — medicine for the soul. Filling our lives with as many reasons to laugh as possible forces the lungs to release energy from the body which prevents us from remaining in a lower vibrational state.

3. Tribe — surrounding ourselves with positive people. When we spend time with people who love & support us they can help us to see the silver lining in difficult situations and be there for us when we’re ready to talk through our suffering.

4. Passion — doing what we love. Expressing ourselves creatively, exercising, cooking or meditating are all forms of outlets we can use for the way we’re feeling. This helps us move forward in our healing journey, rather than stewing on old emotions without expressing them.

5. Nature — filling our minds with peace. Whilst healing from past relationships we must be mindful of what we’re feeding ourselves, whatever we feed the subconscious is what it will create thoughts from. With this in mind we want to feed ourselves peaceful imagery such as trees, flowing water and greenery so we can bring calm to the body & mind, not stress.

6. Self-love — working on the relationship we have with ourselves.Heartbreak is a time for us to reflect on the way we treat ourselves and work on making ourselves feel good without relying on others. The relationship we have with ourselves is the relationship we have with others, once we fulfill ourselves we can have loving & fulfilling relationships with others.

If it’s not meant for you, it’s not a loss — it’s a lesson.

Peace & positive vibes.
