6 Wellbeing Practices To Lift Your Mood

1. Meditation — clearing the mind. There’s nothing quite like the bliss that comes from setting aside the mental baggage we carry throughout the day. When we stop following the movement of our thoughts we can experience the now which is where we find our deepest joy.

2. Exercise — working out our demons. Negative energy is released during exercise & endorphins flood the brain so that after exercise we experience elevated mood.

3. Creativity — expressing our emotions. Creative expression allows the flow of emotions so that they move through us rather than manifesting as poor mental or physical health.

4. Conversation — talking about how we feel. Spending time with our positive vibe tribe leaves us feeling uplifted & energised.to take on whatever the world throws our way.

5. Gratitude — giving thanks for what we have. When we take inventory of all the blessings we have been granted today — we have no choice but to acknowledge how fortunate we are.

6. Introspection — looking within. Holding ourselves to account for the way we want to feel means acknowledging when we are creating our own suffering & being honest eough with ourselves to change our own behaviour insted of blaming others.
