7 Things You Can Do To Speed Up Success

1. Slow down — take one day at a time. Getting caught up in the monumental vision of our success is what makes the task seem impossible. Breaking our goals down into daily tasks is how we actually achieve them instead of talk about them.

2. Meditate — clearing the mind. Keeping the mind occupied with thoughts distracts us from the task at hand — we must practice detachment from thought to be able to concentrate to our highest capacity.

3. Mindfulness — making the most of the now. The positive changes we desire can only be created in one place — the present moment. We must practice tuning into the body to ground ourselves in the now when the mind drifts into the past or future.

4. Work — taking action on our goals. Investing our time into activities that will bring our dreams into physical manifestation.

5. Sleep — recharging our batteries. A sleep-deprived brain & body do not function at optimal capacity and this is what we require to create success.

6. Learn — becoming better, not bitter. Ignoring our past mistakes ensures we repeat them — setting aside the ego allows us to understand the lessons these experiences were sent to teach us.

7. Focus — running our own race. Instead of comparing ourselves to others we must concentrate all of our efforts on what we want to create.
