6 Ways To Be More Sure Of Yourself

1. Authenticity — being true to ourselves. Living in alignment with our truth is how we become more sure of ourselves because we are creating our reality from a place of self-love, rather than living in conflict with ourselves by trying to live up to the expectations of others.

2. Meditation — being present with ourselves. Observing our thoughts during meditation is a way for us to check in with ourselves, understand how we’re feeling and gain perspective on what’s truly important in life. Meditation is a window into the mind and soul.

3. Diet — being mindful of what we feed ourselves. The subconscious mind is a bank vault, we can only withdraw what we deposit — we must be aware of what we’re feeding ourselves and understand how it impacts our self-image.

4. Love — doing what we love every day. When we do what we love we can operate from a place of abundance and truly accept ourselves for who we are instead of doing what we hate and trying to be someone we’re not.

5. Detachment — releasing ownership. Releasing the concept of ownership allows us to connect with who we truly are without the clothes, money, cars or gadgets. Detachment is not renouncing possessions, it’s making sure those possessions do not have ownership over us.

6. Tribe — surrounding ourselves with positive people. The only way to gain knowledge of self is to spend time with ourselves and the people who nurture our growth — negative people will try to interfere with our growth, hence why we must be mindful of who we spend our time with.

Don’t hide your true self under layers of lies.
