8 Patterns Of Speech You Need To Reprogram Today

1. I can’t. A limiting belief that can be broken down and challenged by the question — why can’t I?

2. I should. Shoulds come from beliefs that have been imposed on us by others. It’s our duty to recognise when shoulds present themselves and ask — where does this should come from?

3. I have to. There’s no such thing as I have to because it implies we have no choice and we always have a choice.

4. I could never. Dealing in absolutes is dangerous because it limits the realms of what is possible. Never comes from past experience, but what if we behaved differently in the future?

5. Everyone thinks. There’s no way we can assume what others are thinking and be accurate. We must assess how others think of us by the way they act toward us.

6. I have bad luck. We create our own luck with what we choose to think, say, do & believe. The harder we work the luckier we get.

7. It’s not meant for me. Destroying our dreams before we’ve even attempted making them a reality is what we do when we use this phrase.

8. Life’s not fair. Indeed, at times it can feel as though life isn’t fair but this is the victim’s perspective which states that life is happening to us. We must adopt the creator mindset which empowers us to create our reality rather than settle for the one in front of us.

Words are spells — speak highly of yourself.

Peace & positive vibes.
