7 Ways To Reclaim Your Power

1. Detox — removing negativity from our lives. Reclaiming our power means feeling good about ourselves and recognising our ability to create any reality we desire. This is almost impossible when we’re surrounded by negativity and hence why it must be removed without debate.

2. Self-love — loving & accepting ourselves. True strength is derived from love, once we can embody this love within ourselves we can then be of service to ourselves, others and the planet.

3. Nature — being in tune with the planet. The trees do not judge us and this is because nature is an example of what it means to be at peace with oneself. If we are not at peace within the mind we will constantly be seeking our power outside of ourselves. True power is derived from conquering our desire to be anywhere other than the now.

4. Passion — doing what we love. Our sense of empowerment comes from filling our lives with the things we love to do — this is how we actively change our state of mind from disempowered to empowered.

5. Exercise — moving into the body. Feeling physically strong and healthy is one of the most effective ways to empower ourselves and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Moving into the body relieves tension in the mind which helps us find our power.

6. Knowledge — knowing the extent of our own ignorance. Weak are those who seek to impose their knowledge onto others, powerful are those who can recognise they still have much to learn.

7. Compassion — empathising with others. Our ability to help others in their time of crisis helps us to reclaim our power by acknowledging that we are in a position to help others. There are others who would take advantage of those in their time of need and this is because those who seek power over others are truly weak.

Those who seek power over others are truly weak.
