1. Thinking — following the movement of thought isn’t living. Thoughts are temporary clouds that pass through our minds, when we attach ourselves to them we are escaping the present moment which is where life is to be lived.
2. Being — not doing. The mind does not need to be engaged in every single activity we engage in such as breathing because it only involves being — not doing. We can simplify our lives & reduce all suffering by being instead of doing.
3. Cognition — understanding through thought. We interpret the wide array of information that comes our way through the day with our thoughts and this forms the basis of our understanding. If we don’t think about anything we will not understand it — if we think too much we will enter the state of analysis is paralysis.
4. Sleep — rest & repair. Sleeping for at least 6 hours each night is what restores our energy because the mind is a tool that needs rest in order to operate at optimal capacity.
5. Manifesting — becoming that which we seek. In this universe we attract what we are — not what we want. When we tune our thoughts to what we want to attract we become a magnet for what we are seeking.
6. Meditation — finding our centre. Creating the balance between thinking and detaching from though can be done through meditation as it allows us to observe the difference between the two states.
