1. Meditation — clearing the mind. Detaching from our thoughts and experiencing the bliss that accompanies a clear mind.
2. Breathing — taking conscious breaths. Breathing deeply and slowly from the diaphragm brings a sense of calm to the body.
3. Mindfulness — being in the now. Living in the present moment instead of just following the movement of our thoughts.
4. Diet — what we feed the body & mind. Feeding the body healthy foods & our minds positive mental imagery.
5. Passion — doing what we love. Making our experience on the planet revolve around the people, places & things we love to spend time with.
6. Creativity — expressing our emotions. Allowing our emotions to flow through us during creative expression prevents them from forming blocks within.
7. Knowledge — continually learning. The aim of acquiring knowledge is to use it to create a better world for ourselves & others — the more we learn the more we earn.
8. Nature — detoxing from technology. Immersing ourselves in nature cleanses us of the energy we pick up from using our smart devices and deepens the connection we have with ourselves.
9. Exercise — working out our emotions. Sweating releases toxins from the lymphatic system as well as endorphins which temporarily massively increase our vibration.
10. Empathy — not judging ourselves & others.Judgment introduces separation which is the ultimate illusion — empathy bridges the gap to unity.
11. Pronoia — unconditional positivity. Acknowledging that every experience we have has been given to us for our growth & no other reason.
