I promised to share my pancake recipe. So here it is below. Try it and let me know how it comes out.
Pancakes are always quick and easy to make. My mum always made this for us as kids.
My Homemade Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour or cake flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar (I use brown sugar. You can adjust your sugar quantity based on how sweet you prefer your pancakes)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (250ml) full cream or low-fat milk. I prefer using full-cream milk.
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine (I prefer using butter)
