The Last Stop | Gas Station Horror Game

The Last Stop is a horror game developed and published by Reflect Studios. The character you play as is named Carl Gaylord Smith, a young man with no money living in his mother’s basement. Carl frustrated with his situation decides to try and improve his standards of living by getting a job at his uncle Rick’s gas station located in the middle of nowhere in the State of Nevada. The name of the gas station is called ‘The Last Stop’.

You go to your job at the gas station. For a few hours it just seems like another uneventful night stocking shelves and keeping the station clean when all of a sudden the phone rings in the back office. Carl picks up the phone expecting maybe a customer calling. When he picks up the phone he notices a man talking with a deep southern accent. The man introduces himself a ‘Wade’.

Wade asks Carl to play a game where the contender explores the environment where body parts are dismembered and spread around the area. The player must find these body parts and bring them back. He time a new level is reached. Wade also says that if Carl does not participate he will then face the same fate as the previous contestants and become a dismembered part of the game as well.

Wade also tells Carl that two people named Tucker and Cletus don’t follow the rules and may come to attack. Carl may be forced to board up the doors and windows to protect himself from Wades goons.
