As all the top 5 European Football Leagues (Italy, England, Germany, Spain and France) have come to an end let’s compare them on some basic stats:

  1. Number of wins
  2. Number of draws
  3. Total Number of goals
  4. Average goals per match

The stats are all in the following table

Germany has the higher percentage of wins (79%) and higher average of goals per match (3,16), France has the lower percentage of wins (72%) and also the lower (by far) average goals per match (2,45).

Germany is the only League with less teams (18 as compared to 20).
