Everyone who wants to use our service should be able to use it. The more customers who can use our service the better, so lets not lock any out.

Accessibility is not only about making designs accessible for people with profound disabilities, it is about making it accessible to the 20–30% of who have difficulty accessing technology.

Difficulty accessing technology can be due to technical limitations such as slow connection speeds. Our designs should cater for this and gracefully degrade.

Other cognitive issues such as; reading ages colour blindness and dyslexia affect a large number of our customers. If you consider these early in designs there are easy ways to address them and will improve the quality of the design for all user. For example, reducing the syllable count of words used is better for everyone.

For customers with profound accessibility issues we need to ensure they can use our service, which is not always easy with the dynamic nature of betting. Ensuring they have access not only make us money it also ensures we are delivering on our brand and corporate values.
