The Premier League reaches it’s quarter-way mark this weekend, with just three points separating the top five, and seven teams within two points of the relegation zone.

With some more huge games to come this weekend, the Premier League is set for another big couple of days, and our tipster has taken a look at the best picks to help you #betbigwinbig on the action with Sportsbet.io.

Jose Mourinho returns to Stamford Bridge for the first time since being sacked last season

Chelsea v Manchester United — Sunday 23 October

The visit of Manchester United to Stamford Bridge is dominated by one man — Jose Mourinho.

The former Chelsea boss returns to his old ground for the first time since being sacked last season, which came just months after winning the league title.

With rumoured falling-outs with a number of the Blues squad, Chelsea will no doubt be fired up to get one over their ex-manager.

Two of the players reportedly at the forefront of those disagreements, Diego Costa and Eden Hazard, are in fine form at the moment, and both scored in a 3–0 win against Leicester last week. They’d dearly love to show up Mourinho on Sunday.

United’s two star names, Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, were anonymous as the Red Devils ground out a point against Liverpool on Monday.

That defensive shape is likely to be the way Mourinho approaches this fixture again, with “must not lose” rather than “must win” the mantra for his players.

Mourinho is the master at getting something from these crunch matches, and I think we’ll see a similar performance to that at Anfield on Monday.

I will be backing Sportsbet.io’s 3.35 for the draw, as well as their 1.85 for under 2.5 goals.

Pep Guardiola is in the middle of a crisis at Manchester City

Manchester City v Southampton — Sunday 23 October

Pep Guardiola is in the middle of the first crisis since taking the Manchester City job — they are now four games without a win, and were humiliated by Guardiola’s former side Barcelona on Wednesday.

That 4–0 defeat will hurt Guardiola, as will the sloppy nature of all four goals conceded.

City face a Southampton side high on confidence, and in the middle of a seven match unbeaten streak.

Indeed, they’ve only conceded once in that run — a penalty against Burnley last weekend.

It’s difficult to bet against City, but as with their game against Everton last week, I’m backing a handicap bet that could help you #betbigwinbig.

Southampton (+2) covers a Southampton win, a draw, and City winning by a single goal.

That is available at 1.66 with Sportsbet.io, which I like the look of.

Huge Lloris made an incredible save for Spurs against Bayer Leverkusen

Bournemouth v Tottenham — Saturday 22 October

A quarter of the way through the season, and Mauricio Pochettino has Spurs fans dreaming of the Premier League title once again, sitting just one point off the top.

While they faded last year, Spurs have bounced back to start this year well, and are the only unbeaten club.

They’ve coped admirably without key man Harry Kane, with Heung Son-min stepping up in the English striker’s place.

Spurs visit Bournemouth, who are riding high too, after beating Hull 6–1 last weekend.

The Cherries are playing attractive football, and well clear of the relegation zone, meaning it won’t be easy for Spurs on Saturday.

With both teams full of attacking talent, I think there’ll be goals in this one.

Spurs have eight in four away games this year, and I think we’ll see an end-to-end game with Tottenham coming out on top.

Back Sportsbet.io’s matchbet of Tottenham to win and over 3.5 goals at 5.50.
