Is Being a Loyal Player in Todays NBA Worth It?

Having a superteam in today’s NBA seems to be the best formula for teams interested in winning championships. The players who decide to form these superteams are often chastised and berated, but is being loyal even worth it in today’s NBA?

One can make the argument that it isn’t at all. If you’re a loyal star in the NBA, a part of you has to be thinking, what’s the point?
