Los Angeles Lakers GM Mitch Kupchak says that the team cannot move forward until Kobe Bryant has retired. Bryant is shooting a career-worst 34.1 percent from the floor, yet still averages 30.4 minutes per game for the struggling Lakers. Kupchak has noted that “this is a year that’s dedicated to Kobe and his farewell.”
