I am going to start with the easiest one. The Raiders are constantly firing their head coaches and then everyone is loving their interim head coach. They should not make the same mistake they made with Rich Bisaccia. Antonio Pierce has gained a lot of support from the players including Davante Adams and Maxx Crosby and that alone should get him at least another year.
