CHRISTMAS CAME EARLY FOR MANY NFL FANS LAST WEEK. The Jacksonville Jaguars were the biggest winners when the 0–13 New York Jets accidentally won a game and pushed the Jaguars into the #1 draft slot, where Trevor Lawrence awaits. It’s been Christmas all season for the Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns, and NFL fans got a long-awaited gift when the Patriots were officially eliminated from playoff contention for the first time in what feels like decades. And really, we should all be thankful this Christmas just for making it this far in 2020 and for having some football to watch.

It’s Christmas here at Sports Raid too, and we’re giving out one Christmas gift to every NFL team in this week’s Power Rankings. It’s giving season, after all, and what’s a weekly column without a holiday-themed gimmick?

Christmas also came early with our picks last week. My so-called Week of the Underdogs culminated in massive upset victories for 14-point underdog Cincinnati over Pittsburgh and 17.5-point underdog New York against the Rams. Underdogs went 11–5 against the spread and won five games outright, and we went 11–5 on picks for the week to finally get back on track.
