Out of nowhere, Brandon Prust spears NHL opponent in the groin

Nobody saw it coming, but Brandon Prust of the Vancouver Canucks took a cheap shot at Boston Bruins’ Brad Marchant. While skating back up ice in the third periods of the matchup, and his team down 4–0 with a minute left in the game, Prust delivered the strike to Marchant.

It was a spear right to the… groin area. Ouch.

Prust was ejected and later being fined $5k by the NHL.
