Year after year, after year I hear so many complaints about “All-Star” snubs on these five win teams.

Last year it was Bradley Beal not making it and this year some complained about Trae Young not making it. Some were also upset that Zach Lavine wasn’t an All-Star starter.

I really don’t understand people‘s philosophy behind us. It is completely understandable for people to push for Beal making the team last year. I get that, but if your team is not winning, how much of an All-Star are you?

People act so surprised and astonished when this inevitably happens every season. And people can’t pinpoint how or why those players on these low win teams aren’t making the All-Star team.

If you think that some players deserve to be on the All-Star team that’s understandable, but if those players’ teams have a handful of wins then it should be understandable why they didn’t make it.

I know what a lot of you are saying, “the team record shouldn’t matter as much.” And that’s bologna.

We can pick a 20 point per game scorer off of just about any bottom tier team.

Should they be an All-Star?

Players who elevate their teams, who are leaders of teams in the playoff hunt should be prioritized…
