Providing Fiat and Crypto Access
NEO Health, a company focused on using blockchain technology to back up electronic medical records is excited by the work we do and the potential value a partnership can provide. At our Assembly, Laurent David touched on future opportunities. He said “The things that Spotcoin provides with NEO technology is useable at financial site of transactions [for us]. I think in the near future we have to sit with Spotcoin” to explore future opportunities and collaborations.
Mark Jeffrey, CEO of Guardian Circle, a lifesaving emergency management app, mission when he said “There is one big problem that all of us doing dApps has. [That] is the onramp of fiat to a NEP-5 token. [We need] some easy way to swipe a credit card and get a bunch of tokens that are applicable in your dApp. Nobody’s doing that but Spotcoin. So, we are really looking forward to Spotcoin going live and putting that in our dApps to make that very easy. It’s very exciting.”
The exchange is on the mind of our third-place Hackathon winners Golden Fleece. CEO Vakhtang Gogokhia said “I am a great fan of Spotcoin and the Spotcoin team. They have been delivering their project well and I hope they will succeed and build a great exchange.”
Building Great Relationships
Chris Dawe, CEO of Effect.AI, a decentralized network for artificial intelligence, was particularly inspired by the focus on regional communal development. He said “Spotcoin is truly the only project combining the growth of a project while at the same time building a major Blockchain movement within their region. Very inspiring.” With friends like these, we can only succeed!
Friendships are key. When Tim Gick met Travala CEO Matt Luczynski, a beautiful working relationship was born. Luczynski said Spotcoin was supportive by “provided some key advice for the Travala project adding to the strong bond between Travala and Spotcoin.” That is a two-way street. Travala has been a great partner as we launched NEO Black Sea.
Encouraging Cooperation
Raitis Kaucis CEO of Network Guru, a company focused on creating tool for merchants to easily design affiliate and referral plugins for their websites, also shared a few thoughts about us. He said “Spotcoin has done very impressive and incredible job for NEO Community as private initiative and established a great tradition for NEO dApps to come together, share experiences and probably create more future cooperation plans.”
He further went on to say that he “I got inspired to create something like NEO Baltic Sea Community.” At Spotcoin, we look forward to helping Kaucis grow the NEO community in the Baltics, a win for everyone!
When Asura Coin announced the Spotcoin/Asura partnership, they highlighted a shared focus and desire to build a better world on blockchain when they wrote “Together, both Asura Coin and Spotcoin share common ground as both projects are based on the NEO Blockchain. Being projects fueled by NEO, they are a part of a small tight-knit community of purpose driven companies aimed for the betterment of Cryptocurrency in the World.”
Emerging Leadership
“I think Spotcoin is pretty much a leader in the space. They’ve connected us together for this weekend, creating the Black Sea community…and getting us all involved.” David Walters said. A representative from Imusify, a multifaceted music crypto-community platform, Walters high praise was not just focused on the Hackathon but the connection. He continued, “Creating the hackathon allows all of us to connect here in Georgia, in Tbilisi, which has been an amazing experience. [They connected] us to other projects and see what further use cases we can apply to our own project.”
Fearless determination
Hackathon Winners Georgian NEO Token highlighted Spotcoin’s drive and desire to do the best at all times. Project Representative George Laghidze summed it up when he said “When [Spotcoin] think about something, they absolutely do it. They are super risky, super talented, and their idea is way beyond.” High praise from a fellow Georgian project!
Fantastic Employees
Ting Zhang from Alchemint, a stablecoin issuance platform build on NEO blockchain, attended the Black Sea Assembly, where he highlighted the work of a few of our wonderful employees. “[We] appreciate Spotcoin for host a such wonderfully [Assembly] event. Specially thanks to Tim, Shorena and last not least Davit from Spotcoin for the help provided throughout the whole event.” We quite agree with Zhang. Our employees are our lifeblood and we wouldn’t be here without them.
Our second-place hackathon winner People’s Voice also mentioned our great team. Gela Maghaltadze from People’s Voice “We are a startup also. We have a friendly relationship. We like what they are doing, how motivated they are and how professional they are.”
Sometimes, even the simple statements highlight our great team. Beka Tomashvili from Hackathon participants Vobi simply said “They are great guys. I like it!”
We’ve built a community where encouragement pushed us through our 80-hour workweeks, sleepless nights, and sacrifice. We want to thank all our partners and fellow projects, as we set off on the next milestone, a continuing mission to make digital currencies work for everyone.
