Mtl: 5 things to do this week-end!

Welcome to our weekly blog post where SpotEv tell you the best things to do in Montreal this week-end (July 28–30).
1. La Grande Roue de Montréal: In summer 2017, a 60-metre observation wheel will be welcoming visitors on Bonsecours Island, in Montreal’s Old Port. From the top of the wheel you can see Montreal’s Old Port, Mont-Royal (or the mountain), the river, and surrounding areas as far as New York State. Tourists and locals alike will be able to see Montreal from a whole new vantage point.
2. L’International des Feux Loto-Québec (IFLQ): Fireworks over the Jacques Cartier Bridge accompanied by the music of international musical bands.
3. Fantasia: International Film Festival for the movie lovers.
4. Piknic Electronik: A musical party at Parc Jean-Drapeau by famous singers and Djs.
5. Melting Pot: An official after party of the Just for Laughs Festival and Zoofest, at Place des Arts Esplanade every night from 10 pm to 3 am free of charge from 15 to 30 July.
