“Different people have different opinions,” said Amber Guan, 23, one of Chinese oversea students who is learning human Resources management in university of Liverpool, “To me, my tentative idea is to try to get a place in the UK first, but not in Liverpool, because I still want to try and develop in different places.’’

“Course at the university of Liverpool will be more interactive, more practical in usual, a lot of group discussion, and then master or undergraduate course as if also will be a little different, the teacher gave a larger degree of freedom, you have to read a lot of literature, the teacher won’t tell you that your answer is right or wrong, they often told us to give a basis to prove our idea is right.” said Amber.

According to Amber, because the interactive courses, students can practice more and accumulated experience. So students can more easier to find and do a job here, and they know how to do it. Many oversea students decides to stay and find a job after they graduated, whatever they will stay or not in the future, they can still accumulated work experience.

Even there are many oversea students planning to stay in Liverpool after graduated, but Amber doesn’t decide to stay there.

Amber thinks that there may be some people who think that Britain is right for them, and then they wants to stay here, but her attitude towards this is more casual and a step forward. Immigration can prove that this place is attractive, but whether many oversea students wants to immigrate it’s good or not, she just thinks it depends on different peoples’ preferences.

She said there are still many oversea students will go back to China after they graduated, some of their though is they wants to get back to their hometown and stay with their family and friends, some people think because they want to live in the places which they are familiar with, so do her.

“I think I will go back to China to find a job after my internship in Britain, there is no doubt that Liverpool is a good place, but I still want to go back to my hometown, and live with my family and friends, but my thoughts may be change in the future.” said Amber.
