Spotlight on: The Happy Place
The Happy Place is the newest pop up museum following the trend of other pop up museums like Candytopia and The Ice Cream Museum. It is a wonderfully happy place located right next to the staples center in Los Angeles. It features 5 different rooms all themed with everything from hearts to candy to confetti and even 1500 flowers and crystals.
The museum is considers itself a selfie museum and it was quite obvious everybody there loved to take selfies. The entries are times, however, the lines are still very long just to get a picture in one of the many different set up prop locations. Tickets are about $30 per person and parking is a $20 flat fee.
You don’t need to spend more than 2 hours or so there, but I definitely recommend buying tickets for as soon as the open to avoid any lines. It’s a great place for kids and adults alike and there at plenty of places to eat before or afterwards at LA Live. The Happy Place is a great And colorful way to spend the day on LA.
