The nature of work is changing.

Digital transformation is changing the world we live in at a rapid rate. Businesses are evolving at speed, and we are beginning to see how digital disruption and innovation are fundamentally changing the nature of work.

Automation and machine learning are redefining future skills. A complex multigenerational workforce is challenging traditional models of work. The physical work environment itself is evolving.

“Today, we consciously design how we shop, travel, bank and even meet people. We have a great opportunity to consciously design the experience of work.”

— Hema Bakhshi

Digital disruption gives us all exciting opportunity to help transform and shape the businesses we work in, and ourselves as individuals. Understanding these shift is imperative to ensuring the long term viability of both your business, and your career.

We can’t predict the future, but we do have a unique opportunity to shape it for the people in our businesses.

Re-imagining the employee experience.

In 2018 Sprint Valley joined forces with Hema Bakhshi, ex. Head of Future of Work from Santander UK. Together we developed Future Workplace Design (FWD.). FWD is a service to help organisations define what the future of work can and should mean for the way their people create value over the next 5 years.

We will help you

  • Define opportunities to better enable employee agility and ingenuity
  • Learn how other businesses are innovating the employee experience
  • Re-imagine your future workplace experience
  • Take practical steps to turn strategy into tangible action
  • Embed new ways of working in your organisation

FWD. Vision

To bring human centred design into Workplace and Business Transformation. We strive to open minds and help explore the art of the possible, because we know that technology changes quickly, but people don’t.

FWD. Mission

To unlock business agility and transforming employee experience though design thinking and applied behavioural psychology

Our approach is rooted in 3 mindsets: co-creation, being service-oriented in the way we develop solutions and finally a focus on real, measurable behaviour change.

Co-Created

  • When you build solutions with the people they’re design for, they work better and are adopted faster
  • We will help you bring together a cross-section of your organisation to identify opportunities for innovation and help them unite around a vision for change

Service-Oriented

  • We help you reimagine the employee experience as a suite of services designed to enable agility and ingenuity
  • Whether that’s access to knowledge, technology or people, reframing teams to a service-logic is a powerful way to approach designing future working practices

Outcome-Focused

  • We belive that behaviour change is the measure of success
  • We help you apply behavioural science to get teams working smarter and help people adopt new behaviours in less time

By helping our clients apply these mindsets to the problem of business agility, our goal is to help a new generation of leaders embed powerful ways of working in their organisations to stay future fit.
