Many of you have heard about Design Sprints for product design, product improvement, redesign, etc. In fact, many people think that it is for products only. That’s a myth.

Design Sprint is a process or a framework to find answers to any big challenges using thinking, prototyping, and testing. That’s the answer to this myth.

We got chances to improve organizational processes at a couple of digital agencies. We saw big challenges into those processes and decided to run Design Sprints to improve them. And, we did it successfully.
