As Chief Executive Assistants, our mission at Squared Away is to give our client’s their time back. We work hard every day to achieve this goal. We know that our clients are incredibly busy and quite successful. They come to us overwhelmed and needing a break. Our goal is to help them become even more successful. We offer a range of services to entrepreneurs and companies: scheduling and travel planning, general admin tasks, marketing and social media management, finance optimization, time optimization, and startup and venture capitalist support. Squared Away Assistants undergo training as soon as they’re hired before being matched with a client, ensuring that when they come to you, they’re ready to hit the ground running. Our team matches clients with the perfect Executive Assistant based on their background, experience, and personality. Because of our process matching assistants and clients, you will build a trusting relationship quickly and easily.

At the end of November, 52 assistants were working with Squared Away. Between these 52 people, and the new assistants we’ve added to our quickly growing team, we offer expertise in a broad range of services. You can rest assured that whatever you need, we can do it, and we can do it well!

As of November 4, our 52 Squared Away assistants were working with almost 90 different clients, each with unique needs.

Several of our assistants assist multiple clients. Likewise, some of our clients have multiple plans with Squared Away and work with more than one of our fantastic Chief Executive Assistants. We work with your individual needs and personality to match you with an assistant, team of assistants, or even match you with an assistant that will excel with teams of people within your company. assistants.

Our clients have shared they have more time to focus on vital elements of their business such as networking, contracts, finances, etc. to further growth. We’ve helped clients tackle and catch up with a backlog of tasks they’ve been trying to complete for months so they can increase productivity while decreasing their stress. We have even freed up personal time for one of our clients to plan his wedding.

Our Team Saves Our Clients 2,100 hours/month. This is 87 Days.

The Squared Away teams work 9–5 EST and 9–5 PST hours. For each hour of the day that goes by, our chief executive assistant team is completing close to 10 hours of work for clients. This is 105 total working hours per day. We spend a collective 2,100 hours per month working with our clients. 2,100 hours equates to over 87 days. 87 days a month that we are saving our clients. This is an incredible amount of time that our 90 clients now have to spend elsewhere.
