Throughout the engagement, we adopted a 3-phase approach to minimise costs and increase agility and value.

  1. Prototype Development: An initial phase focused on crafting a compelling prototype to secure investments and ensure project sustainability.
  2. Capability Expansion and Client Acquisition: With the prototype in place, phase 2 involved expanding system capabilities and acquiring clients, marking a significant shift towards market engagement.
  3. Ongoing Development Model: As we onboarded new airlines, we began an ongoing development phase which maintains a responsive model that adapts to evolving clients and industry demands, thus ensuring the system’s relevancy and efficacy.
