I am Sri Maneru.
I run a profitable SaaS company — Almabase. We help schools raise more donations so that they can improve the quality of education while becoming more affordable.
Running Almabase is challenging yet very gratifying. It’s helping me grow in so many ways — one of the best things that happened to me.
A great way to understand someone is to know their dreams/goals. It helps you understand their priorities and values.
My current priority is Almabase — we want to help thousands of schools raise more donations. Achieving this will also guarantee great returns to all my stake-holders — Team members, Investors, and founders.
My long-term life goal is to see all the 4 million people in my home district have opportunities to lead a dignified life — I only have another 40–50 years to make it happen. Currently, my district is in the bottom 10 percentile on almost all the Human Development Indices.
My yearning to reach peak performance — personally and professionally — is partly driven by my life goal. A good part of this blog is to document that journey for my own benefit. Hopefully, it will help you too.
I will also be jotting down my thoughts on running a start-up to help myself become a better entrepreneur. Hopefully, it will help you too, especially if you are doing a B2B SaaS startup.
For now, I will stick to these two topics — Self-Improvement and Start-ups — and might expand to more topics over time.
