Inventing the Governance Lab

We are thrilled to introduce our « governance lab », where standards will be designed and tested with the aim of supporting them in a scientific approach where appropriate. The Team at StableNode is convinced that the web3 route to mainstream will require exceptional governance innovations and standards based on an engineering discipline.

Therefore, the Lab at StableNode will develop and deliver a set of governance tools to support decision-making and monitoring in the governance lifecycle. In the coming months, we will be working diligently towards discovering and validating these governance tools to make them available to our portfolio projects and the community.

Since the early days of StableNode, we have worked on governance for major protocols like MakerDao, Klaytn, and InstaDapp as a strong ecosystem participant that enables and maintains decentralization where needed. Moreover we are increasingly advising our portfolio companies like Jet Protocol and Solace on governance. How to design the ideal DAO? How to facilitate active participation in the most favourable way? How to best include community? Which framework is to be used for this particular organisation?

We help answer these questions, provide practical experience and facilitate ecosystem growth. In order to further support our partners and portfolio companies in the best possible way, we are now specifically expanding this division at StableNode. We look forward to sharing more with you soon.
