Q1 Recap

As we reflect on the achievements of Q1, StaFi has made substantial progress on our strategic priorities.

The AI-driven Liquid Staking-as-a-Service (LSaaS) initiative continues to show impressive results. We’ve completed fine-tuning for both EVM-compatible and Solana-based chains, significantly reducing development time while boosting efficiency. Our AI-powered development framework is approaching 80–90% maturity, encompassing smart contracts, frontend UI/UX, and modular marketplace components.

Our LSaaS SubDAO strategy is also gaining traction. Following Vouch, we’re excited to welcome a new partner, Chaos Finance, to the ecosystem. As the LSaaS business model integrates more deeply into the Web3 landscape, we anticipate more SubDAO builders to emerge in Q2 — targeting ecosystems like Hyperliquid, MorphL2, 0G, and more.

With a solid foundation laid in Q1, our focus for Q2 2025 remains consistent:

  • AI-Driven LSaaS — Further enhance the LLM-based development engine.
  • LSaaS SubDAO Plan — Expand the number and diversity of SubDAO adopters.

These initiatives are designed to generate value for both the StaFi protocol and FIS holders — offering benefits such as airdrops, whitelists, incentives, and ecosystem exposure.

AI-Driven LSaaS

Metrics

EVM Staking AI-Generated Support

  • We’ve finalized the intelligent EVM staking support system using StaFi’s proprietary RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and MCP (Model Context Protocol) services.
  • Developers can now input simple task descriptions to generate production-ready smart contracts, interaction logic, and documentation aligned with EVM standards.
  • This framework has been validated on multiple EVM chains and is ready for wider deployment across more networks in Q2 2025.

Solana (SVM) Staking AI-Generated Support

  • We’ve nearly completed Phase 2 of our Solana support development.
  • With a curated Solana contract knowledge base and enhanced RAG capabilities, our AI can now handle Solana’s complex architecture.
  • Full deployment is targeted for April 2025, ahead of schedule.

Q2 2025 Targets

Additional Layer 1 Support: AI support for Polkadot, NEAR, Cosmos, Avalanche, and Tron is currently in progress. Each adaptation will address the unique account models, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract environments.

Cosmos SDK Ecosystem Adaptation: We’re building a custom framework for Cosmos SDK-based chains with support for IBC and Tendermint staking.

Move Language Expansion: We’re finalizing support for Aptos and Sui, including type-safe code generation tailored to the Move resource model.

LSaaS SubDAO Partners

Metrics

The SubDAO Plan has proven to be an effective growth engine. We’ve onboarded Chaos Finance after the successful integration of Vouch, and we’re currently in discussions with partners such as Hyperliquid, MorphL2, BSC, and 0G.

With every new SubDAO, the LSaaS platform becomes more modular, secure, and adaptable. Continuous dialogue with partners helps us refine both technical and operational aspects — including cold bootstrap procedures, daily ops, tokenomics, and even fundraising strategies.

The LSaaS ecosystem is becoming increasingly self-sustaining and mature.

Looking ahead, we’ll continue improving our pitch materials, integration experience, and consulting resources. By Q2’s end, we expect StaFi LSaaS to be more widely adopted and contribute positively to long-term revenue generation.

Q2 2025 Targets

  • Integrate more projects into the LSaaS SubDAO ecosystem.
  • Collaborate on tokenomic design to ensure fair value distribution across builders and stakeholders.
  • Offer strategic consulting for new builders, many of whom may lack prior experience. LSaaS aims to be their go-to technical and operational partner.

Final Note

A new FIS tokenomics proposal is under discussion. It introduces a deflationary model by reducing annual FIS supply while increasing protocol revenue via SubDAO onboarding.

Together, the AI-Driven LSaaS and the expanding SubDAO strategy form the twin pillars of StaFi’s 2025 roadmap. Regardless of market conditions, we are committed to advancing these plans. We believe this vision will become a reality.

About StaFi

StaFi is a leading Liquid Staking infrastructure provider and protocol for PoS chains. Its Liquid Staking as a Service (LSaaS) framework enables developers to create Liquid Staking Tokens (LSTs) and Liquid Re-staking Tokens (LRTs) across ecosystems like ETH, EVM, BTC, CosmWasm, and SOL. By issuing rTokens (e.g., rETH, rMATIC, rBNB), StaFi unlocks the liquidity of staked assets, allowing users to earn staking rewards while retaining the flexibility to engage in DeFi. With support for major blockchains such as Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, BNB Chain, and Cosmos, StaFi bridges liquidity and security in Proof-of-Stake networks.
