StaFiHub Genesis Validator on Mainnet: IRISnet
After a thorough internal testing and continuous debugging, StaFiHub mainnet will be launched in early August. In order to build a secure, decentralized and community-owned network for StaFiHub, we released the validator recruitment for StaFiHub mainnet to the community a week ago. Up to now, Nearly 200 applications have been submitted.
Now we will gradually release the Genesis Validator list, which will consist of 11 members, to the community one by one before the start of StaFiHub mainnet.
Today, we are glad to announce that IRISnet is invited to be one of the 11 Genesis Validators on StaFiHub mainnet.StaFiHub will work with IRISnet to enhance the security of StaFiHub mainnet release.
IRISnet Validator Introduction
Backed by the experienced technical team of IRISnet, the IRISnet Validator has provided professional validator services to secure networks across the Cosmos ecosystem since the very early days. IRISnet Validator is the genesis validator of Cosmos Hub with high uptime and stable operation, and also provides validation services to many other networks.
The Contribution Plan from IRISnet
IRISnet team will support the launch of StaFiHub mainnet as a genesis validator, to provide secure and reliable node services for the StaFiHub network and community, and will be highly engaged in the StaFiHub ecosystem as a genesis member, to closely work with StaFi team for the growth of ecosystems. In addition, IRISnet team will run the relayer nodes for rIRIS liquidity staking dApp to protect the security of related contracts and services of rIRIS App, and boost the liquidity for rIRIS on rDEX through providing initial liquidity support, incentives program, community support and more, to help the wide adoption of products in the StaFiHub ecosystem.
Conclusion
IRISnet team is a long-term and core dev contributor in the Cosmos ecosystem. Before the two parties reached cooperation, the IRISnet team had running nodes for some leading projects like Cosmos Hub, Persistence, Gravity Bridge and more. StaFiHub is an important exploration for the StaFi team in Cosmos Ecosystem. Security is the fundamental of the StaFiHub network. The professional node management experience from the IRISnet team will bring higher security for StaFiHub mainnet.
