StaFiHub Integrates With IRISnet to Launch rIRIS Token Based on The Liquid Staking SDK

StaFiHub and IRISnet have signed the strategic cooperation agreement to work together to build and expand the liquid staking solution called rIRIS (rIRIS Solution) for IRISnet’s native token $IRIS, based on StaFiHub’s Liquid Staking SDK. rIRIS token will be the first rToken developed on StaFiHub Liquid Staking SDK in StaFiHub chain eco. And StaFiHub will work closely with IRISnet to boost the adoption and liquidity of rIRIS token in Cosmos Ecosystem.

IRISnet is a Cosmos-SDK based chain that enables NFT cross-chain interoperability while providing modules to support DeFi. IRISnet is an important and esteemed player in the Cosmos Ecosystem.

StaFiHub is a project built on Cosmos SDK, developed by StaFi protocol, to provide Liquid Staking Derivative SDK solution for Cosmos Eco projects.

Overview of the Agreements

1. Develop rIRIS Based On StaFiHub Liquid Staking SDK

StaFiHub has developed a Liquid Staking SDK for Cosmos Eco projects to be able to effortlessly and quickly get their own liquid staking derivatives with very limited costs on development and time taken.

We are glad to share that StaFiHub has got the Development Grant from IRISnet to help develop and deploy rIRIS solution on the StaFiHub chain. Every IRIS token holder can stake their $IRIS through rIRIS to earn the staking rewards while still enjoying the liquidity of rIRIS token, which could be transferred or traded on any IBC chains at any time they want.

StaFiHub will release the rIRIS testnet for IRISnet community very soon, and there will also be $FIS incentives for the IRISnet and StaFi communities for participating in the testing.

2. Jointly Boost the Liquidity for rIRIS on rDEX

Both StaFiHub and IRISnet agree on the importance of rIRIS’s liquidity, which is the key to the success of rIRIS solution. So IRIS Foundation and StaFi Foundation will jointly bootstrap the liquidity of rIRIS in the following ways:

StaFiHub will deploy a pool for the $rIRIS and $IRIS trading pair on rDEX, an AMM DEX developed by StaFi and deployed on StaFiHub.
IRIS Foundation will provide at least $1,000,000.00 USD valued liquidity for $rIRIS and $IRIS pool as the initial liquidity for the $rIRIS token holders.
StaFi Foundation and IRIS Foundation will jointly launch a co-incentive liquidity farming program, including both $FIS token and $IRIS token, to bootstrap the liquidity for rIRIS trading pair on rDEX.

3. Co-marketing for rIRIS

StaFiHub and IRISnet will work together to promote the rIRIS solution on the Cosmos community to expand the adoption, including the marketing and user education activities like AMA, etc.

4. Third-party Integrations for $rIRIS Token

StaFiHub and IRISnet will work together to create more usage scenarios for rIRIS token holders by third party integrations, such as more trading and lending platforms in Cosmos Ecosystem.

Conclusion

StaFiHub will keep working with other Cosmos projects to help them have their own liquid staking derivatives based on StaFiHub Liquid Staking SDK.

StaFiHub is the important part of StaFi’s liquid staking derivative ecosystem to expand into the Cosmos ecosystem. We are thrilled to work with IRISnet to issue the first rToken on StaFiHub besides rATOM. And we will do our best with IRISnet to expand the rIRIS’s adoption and make rIRIS token to be one of the popular assets in the Cosmos community.
