❓결제 오류❓
- 게임 이용에 불편을 드려 죄송합니다. 결제 영수증과 함께 devs@staika.io 메일 또는 디스코드 일대일 티켓으로 문의주시면 빠르게 처리를 도와드리겠습니다.
❓업데이트 언제❓
- 디펜고 프로젝트팀은 최선을 다해 신규 컨텐츠 및 이벤트를 기획, 개발하고 있습니다. 개발 현황에 대한 자세한 정보는 말씀드릴 수 없는 점 양해 부탁드립니다. 기다려 주시는 만큼 재밌는 컨텐츠로 찾아뵙겠습니다.
❓커뮤니티❓
- 현재는 디펜고 공식 커뮤니티로 디스코드를 운영하고 있습니다.
- 또한 미디움 SNS를 운영하며 디펜고 관련 다양한 소식을 전해드리고 있습니다. 디펜고 프로젝트팀은 다양한 이벤트와 업데이트로 커뮤니티 활성화에 최선을 다하겠습니다.
❓디펜고 AMA❓
- 비정기적으로 AMA를 진행하며, 진행 일정은 사전에 공지드립니다.
❓VPN❓
- 인 앱 지갑 관련하여, 제한된 국가에서의 VPN 사용은 원칙적으로 편법입니다. 이와 관련된 문의는 일체 대응하지 않습니다.
❓CS❓
- 디스코드 1대1 문의, 이메일 문의 등으로 CS 업무를 하고 있습니다.
- 주로 9시 ~ 17시 사이에 답변 가능합니다.
- 지갑, 전송 지연 등 게임 외적인 문의는 디스코드의 스타이카 일대일 문의를 권장합니다.

🤔 Payment Error 🤔
- We apologize for any inconvenience in using the game. If you contact us with your payment receipt via email at devs@staika.io or through Discord one-on-one tickets, we will assist you promptly.
🤔 When is the Update? 🤔
- The Defengo project team is planning and developing new content and events to the best of our abilities. We appreciate your patience, and while we can’t provide detailed information about the development status, we’ll bring you exciting content as you wait.
🤔 Community 🤔
- Currently, we operate the official Defengo community on Discord.
- We also run a Medium SNS, providing various Defengo-related news. The Defengo project team will do our best to activate the community with diverse events and updates.
🤔 Defengo AMA 🤔
- We conduct irregular AMAs, and the schedule will be announced in advance.
🤔 VPN 🤔
- Regarding in-app wallet-related matters, using a VPN in restricted countries is generally against the rules. We do not handle any inquiries related to this.
🤔 CS (Customer Support) 🤔
- We handle CS tasks through Discord one-on-one inquiries and email.
- We can usually respond between 9 AM and 5 PM.
- For wallet-related issues, transfer delays, and other non-game-related inquiries, we recommend using Staika’s Discord one-on-one inquiries.
