April 2020 Retrospective
In April 2020, the StakerDAO Ops team geared up for the anticipated launch of Blend in May, launching several marketing and social media assets as well as fine-tuning the details for the launch.

StakerDAO Ops Team started the first webinars, by Jonas Lamis and Christian Arita, introducing Blend to the community.
This also started the StakerDAO #WednesdayWebinars!
www.blendtoken.com is now live!

We have partnered up with CoinList for the initial offering of BLND; the offer will begin May 18, 2020.
We are also excited to announce that the Blend (BLND) website is now live at www.blendtoken.com, counting down to the CoinList launch!
Proposal #004 on Validator Selection was submitted by Ops and approved by the Council. The primary purpose of this proposal was to select validators for Blend’s underlying assets.
This proposal generated lots of interest in the community and a healthy discussion about the different parameters to choose validators. Our team was happy to participate in these discussions on Twitter and on our Telegram channel.
We have more products in the pipeline, discussions regarding them begin across StakerDAO’s social media channels, but the majority of discussions occur through the Forum and Telegram.
