The weather is heating up and so are things at Stake with the release of an exciting update to the app this week.

We’re on a mission not only to bring the US market to the world but also to give you an unparalleled trading experience, and this update is all part of our ongoing efforts to keep delivering on that.

Highlights include updates to the overall app navigation, more seamless order pads, in-app reporting functions and the introduction of a much-requested complete picture view of your portfolio.

Keep reading for a full breakdown of what’s new to the Stake app.

Introducing Tabs

The sidebar menu is gone. Lining the bottom of your screen is a series of tabs, making navigating through the app super quick and easy. No more triple-clicking to bring up a stock you own. What’s more, with the introduction of this function, you can compare up to three stocks open at once with a simple tap.

A Refreshed Order Pad

We’ve redesigned the buy and sell page to help you trade more quickly, clearly and accurately. Information regarding your order is displayed with great clarity. Improved data flows and performance features, simple fixes like a new numeric keyboard as default, enhances the trading experience.

Account Switch

Many of you have multiple trading accounts and now you can easily toggle between them in-app. With a couple of taps, you can be in-and-out of your SMSF, Company, or Individual accounts. This was one of the top-requested feature changes in the last few months, so we’re pretty excited to be able to offer this.

In-App Reporting

Get access to a suite of new reports, including open positions and resting orders, order transactions and financial transaction reports all inside of the app. What’s more you can download, save and send these reports via email, text or WhatsApp. Super handy. Files will be presented in an XLS format ready to be edited as necessary.

Full-Screen Portfolio View

Another hotly requested feature, you can now view your entire portfolio in full-screen landscape. Being able to see your full portfolio data in one snapshot gives you the ultimate view of the performance of your holdings.

So what are you waiting for? Update the app now and start having a play around and let us know what you think. Your feedback is gold to us.

Oh, and if you have a chance, go ahead and rate Stake on the App Store.

Cheers,

The Stake Team
