Guide to Treasure, Legions Game and MAGIC
Treasure was launched in August 2021 as a derivative of the Loot project, consisting of 10,000 original NFTs containing eight randomly generated assets acting as fictional monies native to Loot.
Like Loot, the cards were kept vague and users could use them for whatever purpose. 9000 of these cards were free to mint while 1000 of them were set aside, of which 75% of them were subsequently distributed to Loot, xLoot, and AGLD communities.
Following the initial distribution of the cards, the team introduced a yield farming program known as the MAGIC farm.
The MAGIC token will be the native in-game token for a profile picture (PFP) MMORPG called Legions.
Legions
Legions will be a PFP vs PFP game where players team up based on their avatar and go on a battle to defend a treasure at the centre of the map.
The winning team — determined by player stats and a RNG factor — gets to keep the treasure.
Legions will act as an innovative layer for NFTs giving them additional utility beyond their use as PFPs.
