Stanton Friedman’s Mirrored Website

RG: I have mirrored legendary Nuclear Physicist and UAP/UFO/Roswell Researcher/Author Stanton Friedman’s now dead website (which is now redirected to a link farm the last time I looked), which is partially accessible on archive.org and archive.ph (which falls back to archive.org). I am concerned this valuable website will become lost to history. Apart from fixing broken URL’s and Medium specific formatting fixes, all content from his original website has been preserved as accurately as possible.

A complete list of his books is on Goodreads and Amazon. All content below is Copyright © 2020 Stanton T. Friedman.

Memories of Stanton Friedman

Kathleen Marden and Stanton T. Friedman

As I reflect upon Stanton’s life and the fourteen years that we worked together on archival research and writing, I think that we accomplished a great deal. He thought so too. It began in 2005, at the MUFON International Symposium, when I invited him to read the first draft of my manuscript on Captured! The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience and to contribute to it if it was up to his high standards. He drove from his home in New Brunswick to New Hampshire, three months later, to view Betty’s archival collection that I was preparing for U.N.H., to make copies, and to read my work. He agreed to contribute to the book, he said, because my approach was unbiased and scientific. His chapters on his area of expertise, the Betty Hill Star Map, Marjorie Fish’s investigation of it, and his role in finding the scientists who vetted Marjorie’s work were a great contribution

Stanton and I discovered that we worked together harmoniously, so we researched and wrote two additional books: Science Was Wrong and Fact, Fiction, and Flying Saucers. In addition to being business associates, we became close friends. He was the gentleman who accompanied me to speaking engagements, the trustworthy person who shared a vendor table with me, the person who would give me an honest opinion, the brilliant intellect who was always meticulous in his work, the defender of the truth, and a shining example of a decent human being. He was kind, generous, and loved by many. He had an amazing sense of humor that brought uproarious laughter to our work. We were looking forward to another visit in July.
