Progress Report: Demo, beta invite and more UX
Greetings! Here’s the latest news from Starbase.
Following last sprint which aimed at getting the platform ready for launch,
we had an internal demo for the C-levels which led to fresh insights. We are continuously improving, fixing and developing UX features - check out our progress list below:
On-screen notification confirming transactions — The user will receive a friendly notification that will inform them about any transaction (purchases, KYC verification result) made or to be confirmed.
Purchase history listed in decreasing order —The purchase history will now show on the user´s dashboard in decreasing order so investors can easily find their latest purchases.
Project token icons— Project owners can now add an icon to their project’s token.
Investors see their purchases in the dashboard — Added the time of each purchase made on the user´s dashboard.
New token balance cards on the dashboard — New cards offer information on the balance of each token available in the user´s wallet.
More visible final KYC form submit button — lOur UX testing releaved that the button could be missed by some users. We made it BIG and centered on the page with a loading indicator.
404 not found” page for non existing URLs— Aiming to keep every user away from negative experiences, we created a good 404 page to keep the platform safe and with a better UX.
Invalid Metamask address automatic detection—When the user changes their accounts on Metamask, if one of them is not verified by the platform they will receive an error message telling them to switch to an account with a valid address.
Coming up
Platform shows how to add a new token on Metamask — Considering the significant list of projects and their associated tokens that the platform will host, we are preparing a guide that will describe how to add new tokens in your Metamask.
