Imagine you’re a farmer. In India. And you grow pepper. The black kind, Piper Nigrum, not the capsicum kind. You have a huge plantation, and sell tonnes of the stuff every year. To Europe. But you have no clue what people do with it. And why they use so much. Until a happy German guy shows up, and you finally have the opportunity to ask.
This actually happened. And the happy German guy is Florian Falk. It’s one of the many stories he hast to share. Not just random stories, though. Stories about his journey to start and grow his company JustSpices, a journey he made, is still making, with his friends and co-founders Bela and Ole.
A journey that thought him about staying the course, what real hunger is, how important a good team is, and how valuable the right connections and mentors are.
