According to psychologists, the overwhelming majority of millionaires have characteristics in common. It is believed that a person with a certain range of characteristics if he knows how to work on them and put in the effort, has a high probability of becoming rich to the point of becoming a millionaire. The good part is that these characteristics can be learned.

The millionaires who came from nothing, those who didn’t get inheritances, and those who built their empires from scratch are:

- Organized: They know exactly what they are going to do every hour of the day.
This is why it is so important to have a routine, with a routine, the brain doesn’t have to spend energy on thinking about what it has to do, it becomes automatic, so the brain can focus on being more creative or analytical and use the energy to do other activities that generate money or happiness. Every successful person has a routine.

Note: Routine and Monotony are different things, a routine doesn’t have to be something boring, you can always do the same things at the same times, but in a different way, for example, you can train every day from 6 am to 8 am, but one day you can do weight training, another running, another swimming… your routine says that in that time interval, you have to exercise, but it doesn’t stop you from varying.

- All millionaires are afraid.
There are 2 things that motivate a person to do anything — wanting more of that thing or being afraid of losing what they already have.
However, amazing as it may seem, millionaires are not necessarily motivated by greed, by wanting more and more. In fact, most of them are motivated by the fear of losing what they have, they don’t want to go back to where they started. A millionaire who earns 10k a month wants to go on to earn 20k, not because he wants to be richer, but because he will be further away from 0. And so they go on, they are ruled by fear mechanisms.

That’s why the difficult times in life that we all go through are important. A person who doesn’t experience difficulties will never feel the motivation to work and improve. No matter how difficult certain times in our lives are, remember that they can be the spark needed to start the “engine” that will take you very far. If you’re going through something difficult right now, stop to reflect, and think about what you’re feeling and what you’re going through, it’s hard and it causes suffering, but one day, you’ll only know how to value what you have if you remember clearly what you felt at the worst times in your life.

- Everyone does intense physical exercise.
Everyone does some kind of strenuous physical exercise, weight training, wrestling, running, swimming, and energy-demanding physical exercise. Physical exercise is essential for reducing anxiety and stress. In addition, it improves a person’s physical health, giving them more energy to work, and improving their immune system which prevents them from getting sick. If the physical exercise is indeed exhausting, by the end of the day the person will be so tired that they will have no difficulty falling asleep and will sleep profoundly and have a restful sleep.

These are just a few characteristics in common among millionaires. Try to implement some of the things I wrote about in your life, reflect on them, and maybe you will be able to make progress toward your goals.

I don’t wish you good luck on your journey, but good work, because it’s not a matter of luck but of work!
