Last week, we posted our comprehensive (and overwhelming) list of over 40 relevant events, conferences, forums, summits, and lectures happening throughout New York City as part of Global Goals Week, a highlight of the UN General Assembly kickoff. This week highlights the work of social entrepreneurs, nonprofits, impact investors, and many more to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals and champion sustainable development. Day 2 of the Concordia Annual Summit
- Concludes Tuesday, beginning at 9am; Grand Hyatt New York, New York, NY.

- On Monday, this event saw the announcement of a public-private partnership to address HIV/AIDS between Mastercard and PEPFAR; discussions and panels on topics ranging from the refugee crisis, political strategy around the world, strategic investment, radical inclusivity, sustainable agriculture, and Syria; guests included Tony Blair, David Axelrod, Laura Bush, and more.
Day 2 of the International Conference on Sustainable Development
- Concludes Tuesday, beginning at 9am; Lerner Hall, Columbia University, New York, NY.

- This event is livestreamed on YouTube.
- On Monday, the ICSD’s topics included financing the SDGs, women leading the 2030 Agenda, and announcing the latest data report from SDSN. Keynote speakers included Dr. Alaa Murabit, Eric Solheim, and President Juan Manuel Santos of Colombia.
Day 2 of the World Economic Forum Sustainable Development Impact Summit
- Concludes Tuesday, beginning at 8:30am; Convene Conference Centre, New York, NY.

- Monday’s livestreamed sessions included remarks from Al Gore and a panel on partnership for the Sustainable Development Goals.
2017 UN General Assembly Debate
